Southwest Las Vegas

One of the fastest-growing corners of the valley — new dining, shopping, and entertainment arriving every year, alongside some of the best master-planned communities in Las Vegas. Here's what's happening and where to look.

What's New in Southwest Las Vegas

The area around the 215 Beltway and Durango Drive has changed fast over the last couple of years. Here's a quick rundown of what's open, under construction, or on the way.

Durango Casino & Resort Expansion

Station Casinos has broken ground on a roughly $385 million expansion of the Durango Casino & Resort, adding a bowling alley, movie theaters, additional gaming space, and more family-friendly entertainment. It's expected to open in phases, with a full buildout targeted for 2027 — a big addition to the neighborhood's day-to-day amenities.
